The Project: To aid the launch of a new drug type by translating training literature for a global sales team, followed up by an online examination also translated into multiple languages.
One of our pharmaceutical clients asked us to offer suggestions as to how they could create an international product launch whilst simultaneously ensuring that their global sales team had the specialist technical knowledge to sell an entirely new drug type.
Our solution was to convert a variety of training materials from Powerpoint slides to online multimedia presentations. To ensure that the whole sales force had properly absorbed this, we then produced a fifty-question online examination translated into eight languages to allow them to test their new found skills against the clock.
The translated training worked extremely well and using the additional facility of the online examination, it was easy for our client to identify those individuals requiring further coaching prior to the product launch.
